Rising country singer Ashley Anne has released a powerful new song that will surely leave a mark. "Get Well Soon" takes a stand against those who judge and inflict pain on others, which is bound to resonate with many.
Anne hails from the Virginia Beach area and is now residing in Nashville to pursue her dreams. The singer-songwriter partakes in writer's rounds and enjoys connecting with fellow musicians. Earlier this year, Anne released a song titled "Dear Dolly" which reflects her personality as a fun-loving Dolly admirer who is inspired by the icon's work ethic and writing. No matter the subject matter, Anne continuously finds ways to connect with her listeners setting her apart from her peers.
"Get Well Soon" begins with a mysterious and intriguing sound. Anne's deeper vocal range is captivating to listen to. The idea for the tune came from a place of insecurity and the growth that spawned from those feelings. Anne has no problem singing directly to her cynics exclaiming, "It's trouble to your health / You're obsessed with everything I do / Jealousy is a disease baby / Get well soon."

For anyone that has felt wronged in their life, this track echoes how important it is to remain confident. Within Anne's songwriting, there's honesty and vulnerability juxtaposed with great conviction.
