Caroline Jones Performs on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’
Rising singer, Caroline Jones, performed “Come In (But Don’t Make Yourself Comfortable)” on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Monday, January 10th. The song is a track off of her sophomore album, Antipodes, which was released on November 12th, 2021.
Jones got her start by opening for other artists on numerous tours. She’s gone on the road with the Eagles, Zac Brown Band, Jimmy Buffett, Tim McGraw, and other music icons. Since then, Rolling Stone has listed her on their “10 Country Artists You Need to Know” list after her successful album, Bare Feet.
With over 284,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, she is pushing her way to the top. Her song ‘Chasin’ Me’ has nearly 10 million plays on Spotify alone. Kelly Clarkson stated that she “was making a name for herself” and deemed her “a rising country star” during her performance.
Her performance on The Kelly Clarkson Show was light and fun but displayed how talented the singer truly is. Her lyrics make the listener want to smile and groove along, especially with the line, “Come in but park your truck facing out / ‘Cause I wouldn’t want to be you when I want you gone.”
Though she has not announced a tour for Antipodes, you can check out her amazing tour photos on her website, https://carolinejones.com/tour/.
