Just announced today, artists from the Nashville music community are coming together to honor and celebrate The Covenant School after a mass shooting at the school left six people dead. A Night of Joy will take place on Wednesday, April 12th at 7 p.m. CT.

Country superstars Carrie Underwood, Thomas Rhett, and Lady A are all set to perform. Other performers include Ben Rector, Chris Tomlin, Drew and Ellie Holcomb, Mat Kearney, The War and Treaty, Tyler Hubbard, and more.

The celebration will be hosted by author, nationally known speaker, and podcast host Annie F. Downs and will take place at The Fisher Center for the Performing Arts at Belmont University.

"Nashville is once again stepping up and using its talents and resources to support the community,” said hit songwriter Natalie Hemby who is also slated to take the stage at the event. “After attending the funerals of victims, who were also friends, it will be healing for me to be able to sing songs about hope in a broken world, and to honor the victims, the school, and the first responders.

Limited tickets are available to the general public at the link here. For those who cannot attend but would like to support the cause, visit the link here to see how you can help. All proceeds will go to the students, faculty, staff, and families at The Covenant School who have been affected by the tragedy.
