Jimmie Allen Announces ‘Bettie James Gold Edition’
Shortly after being crowned New Male Artist of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards, Jimmie Allen has announced via a video on Instagram, that his newest album, Bettie James Gold Edition, will be released on June 25th, 2021. This record will be a continuation of his last project, critically acclaimed Bettie James, and will feature collaborations with LOCASH, BRELAND, Little Big Town, Pitbull, Lindsay Ell, Lathan Warlick, Babyface, Monica, Neon Union, teamwork., LANCO, and Vikina.
The album will include a blend of different genres such as country, pop, rock and R&B. Just like it’s predecessor, it will continue to serve as a tribute to Allen’s father James Allen, and his grandmother, Bettie Snead. Later this year, Allen is set to host the first ever Bettie James Fest, his own music festival, in his hometown of Milton, Delaware.
