As every Friday passes, there are numerous songs that come out from independent country artists whose songs are well-written, beautiful, or simply fun. We’ve compiled a list of songs that were released last week by independent and rising acts that deserve much love and attention. Who knows, you might find your next favorite song.


1. "On My Way" by Restless Road

The emerging trio has wowed fans with their effortless harmonies, and this new song is no different. Their voices work together to tell a heartfelt story on this track. It's about enjoying and reflecting on the lives they have and looking to where they hope to be. The melody is captivating and can make anyone want to sing along.


2. "She's No Good For Me" by Meghan Patrick

Patrick has delivered a song that aims to take her to the next level. She sings about the woman she used to be: going out every night and running away from her problems. When Patrick sings, "she's no good for me," she realizes that the old her isn't who she wants to become. It's a track about self-growth, a message that is very relatable.


3. "At The End Of The Dirt Road" by Drew Parker

Parker's deep vocals take him to new depths on his new release. The singer takes an authentic message about appreciating where one comes from. Singing about the joys of a simpler life has long been included in country music. With that being said, Parker finds a way to make this song feel contemporary.


4. "Boys In Boots" by Erin Kinsey

Kinsey has released a joyful track worthy to be turned up loud. Her voice proves to be an easy one to listen to. She is singing a song about what she and her friends love most, including cowboys. Kinsey notes how she should be treated and what she deserves. A perspective like this is bound to track plenty of new fans.


5. "Day You Don't" by Reid Haughton

Haughton released a sultry, country track that adds a unique touch to what is mainstream. He is singing to a woman who thinks what she has is good enough. The lyrics make it clear that Haughton is singing from the point of view of someone who wants to give her what she deserves. The song is catchy and rhythmic, a great choice for listening to any time of the day.


6. "Mexican Jail" by 615 House feat. Thomas Mac, Trey Lewis, and Cooper Alan

Members of The 615 House in Nashville have teamed up for a unique song that will surely get people talking. With one listen, it's easy to see the energy these three artists bring to the table. The video along with the track emphasizes the fun they had while making it. It's lively and would be great to play live.
